1.  Our programme and services are geared to open doors for Educators to improve their knowledge, understanding and action around Behaviour, Inclusivity, Mental Health, Wellbeing and Learning.  

 

2.  As much as we believe wholeheartedly in our services, it is not magic. This means that the school teams will be required to put the time, focus and energy into learning, considering, and exploring our trainings and resources. 

 

3.  Our programmes and services are non-refundable, as it is educational and not based on guaranteed results. If you want promises of statistics and quantitative data, we won't give that to you. Is it possible for you and your team to enhance the Behaviour, Learning, Inclusivity, Mental Health and Wellbeing for both staff and pupils in our services? Absolutely YES. What we teach is for long term, steady and personalised refinery, not condensed, overwhelming and ‘quick fix’ results.

7.  We help you spot patterns in yourself, team and pupils mindsets, if you do not want to become an inspector of ‘the way you have always done things’, then that is perfect. Don't sign up.
